Profile

After graduating from Victoria University, Wellington in 1975 and gaining experience with large and medium sized firms in Auckland Pat founded the firm in Newmarket 1981. Since then he has been a senior partner in the firm and has established a successful wide ranging practice.

He specialises in commercial Conveyancing, commercial law and trusts. His clients include a number of active property investors and developers as well as a large number of small to medium sized companies, trusts and high net worth individuals. He is a member of the Inventors Trust and has a special interest in venture capital, intellectual property and the commercialisation of innovation. Pat focuses on adding value to his clients’ interests and facilitating transactions wherever possible.
